If you’re a homeowner or project principal, we offer financing for roof installations and replacements through Ausloans Finance Group.
When our estimator visits your property, ask them to include a financing option on your free quote.
As long as there’s no inclement weather, most residential roof installations take us around a week to deliver.
Keep in mind that you won’t need to leave your property during that time – although the work can get quite loud. We’ll stage materials and skip bins in a location that doesn’t affect your lifestyle.
Normally, you won’t need planning consent for roof replacements. (You can check the specific requirements for your property using the PlanSA wizard.)
Keep in mind that whatever work you request will still need to comply with all relevant building and development codes. If you lived in a bushfire zone near the outskirts of Adelaide, for example, your new roof would need to comply with AS 3959.
